Understanding Review Scores and Subscores
At DHPL Travels, we value your feedback and aim to provide you with an exceptional experience. When guests review an accommodation they booked through our platform, they have the opportunity to rate various aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. Each score ranges from 1 to 10, and to calculate the overall score, we add up all the review scores and divide that total by the number of review scores received. It’s important to note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, without any direct link between them.
Reviews and Editing
If you have stayed at a property or even visited it without staying, you can review the accommodation through our platform. Should you need to edit a review that you have already submitted, simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team, and they will be more than happy to assist you.
Fight Against Fake Reviews
To ensure the authenticity and reliability of reviews on our platform, DHPL Travels has a team of experts and automated systems in place. These specialized resources detect any fake reviews that are submitted. If identified, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against those responsible for the fraudulent activity. We strongly encourage anyone who spots suspicious content to report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate the matter further.
Review Guidelines
At DHPL Travels, we strive to publish every review we receive, regardless of whether it is positive or negative. However, there are certain criteria we adhere to when displaying reviews. We do not publish reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
Review Relevance and Duration
To maintain the relevance of our reviews, we accept submissions up to 3 months after checking out. Reviews that are more than 36 months old may no longer be displayed, or if the accommodation undergoes a change in ownership.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
Accommodations have the option to respond to reviews, providing further insights and addressing any concerns. When multiple reviews are available, the most recent ones will appear at the top, taking into consideration various factors such as language and the inclusion of comments. To help you find the reviews you’re interested in, we offer sorting and filtering options based on the time of year, review score, and more.
Credibility and Translation Disclaimer
DHPL Travels upholds the highest standards of credibility. Our guidelines and standards for reviews aim to maintain relevant and family-friendly content without limiting expression or strong opinions. Contributions should be travel-related, informative, and assist others in making better decisions. We do not tolerate hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities. All content should be genuine, unique, and unbiased. We respect the privacy of others by safeguarding personal details.
