Genuine Reviews Only
To maintain the integrity of our platform, we carefully screen all reviews. Only guests who have booked through DHPL Travels can leave a review for the property. Even if a guest didn’t stay at the accommodation but visited the establishment, they are still eligible to share their experience. In case you need to modify a review you’ve already submitted, our dedicated Customer Service team is always ready to assist.
Combating Fake Reviews
DHPL Travels takes the issue of fake reviews seriously. We have implemented a combination of human expertise and automated systems to identify and eliminate any fraudulent submissions. If we detect any suspicious activity, we promptly delete the fake reviews and, if necessary, take appropriate action against the responsible parties. Should you come across any suspicious content, please report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud specialists can investigate further.
Our Review Content Policy
At DHPL Travels, we strive to publish all reviews, both positive and negative, to offer a balanced perspective. However, to ensure a safe and respectful environment, we refrain from displaying reviews that include or reference politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, explicit language, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure the timeliness and relevance of reviews, we generally accept submissions within 3 months of check-out. Additionally, we may cease displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or if there has been a change of ownership in the accommodation.

Please avoid the use of profanity, and do not attempt to bypass our content filters through creative spelling.
