These scores are then totaled and divided by the number of reviews received. However, it’s important to note that there is no direct link between the overall score and the separate subscores provided by guests in areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi.
Honesty and Authenticity
To maintain trust and authenticity, we allow guests to review an accommodation only if they have either stayed there or visited the property. Additionally, if you wish to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is always ready to assist you.
We take the issue of fake reviews seriously and have dedicated teams, both human and automated, that specialize in detecting and removing such fraudulent submissions. If you come across any suspicious activity, please report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate further.
Our Review Guidelines
While we strive to publish both positive and negative reviews, certain criteria necessitate the exclusion of specific content. To ensure the relevance and appropriateness of the reviews, we do not display content that includes politically sensitive comments, promotional material, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation of others. Violations of our review guidelines are also strictly prohibited.
To maintain relevance, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of the stay. Furthermore, we may stop displaying reviews once they surpass 36 months or if the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.

We strive to maintain a global audience and kindly request that you avoid using profanity or creative spelling attempts to approximate inappropriate language in any language. Comments and media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Accommodation partners affiliated with DHPL Travels are prohibited from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for positive reviews.
