When it comes to reviewing accommodations, each score is based on a scale of 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we tally up all the individual review scores and divide that total by the number of reviews received. As guests, you have the opportunity to provide separate scores in important categories such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These individual scores are independent of the overall score, meaning there is no direct correlation between them.
Reviewing Your Accommodation
If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or even if you reached the property but did not actually stay, you are eligible to leave a review. Should you wish to edit a review you have previously submitted, simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team.
Detecting and Handling Fake Reviews
At DHPL Travels, we have a team of professionals and automated systems specifically designed to detect and eliminate any fraudulent reviews submitted to our platform. In the event that we come across any suspicious content, we take immediate action by deleting the review and, if necessary, taking appropriate measures against the responsible party. We highly encourage anyone who notices any questionable reviews to report them to our Customer Service team. Our experienced fraud team will thoroughly investigate each report.
Review Guidelines and Exclusions
Our goal is to publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, there are certain instances in which we cannot display a review. This includes any review that contains or refers to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam or fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
In order to ensure that the reviews remain relevant, we may only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, reviews that are older than 36 months or for accommodations that have undergone a change in ownership may no longer be displayed.

- All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. We value original and unbiased reviews. Accommodation partners are not permitted to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to undermine a competitor by submitting negative reviews.
- Please respect the privacy of others. To safeguard personal information, we make every effort to conceal email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
- The opinions expressed in reviews belong to DHPL Travels’ customers and properties, and do not necessarily reflect the views of DHPL Travels. As a distributor, we do not have an obligation to verify the content and are not a publisher of these comments and responses.
