Additionally, guests have the option to give separate subscores for important categories such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are independent of each other.
Writing Reviews
If you have stayed at one of our villas or visited the property, you can leave a review on our platform. Even if you didn’t actually stay at the accommodation but got to the property, you can still share your feedback. Should you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our friendly Customer Service team is here to assist you.
Detecting Fake Reviews
We take the issue of fake reviews very seriously. Our platform utilizes both human experts and automated systems dedicated to detecting and eradicating any fraudulent submissions. If we come across any suspicious reviews, we promptly remove them and take appropriate action against the responsible parties.
