Each review score ranges from 1 to 10. To determine the overall score, we aggregate all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Guests can also provide separate subscores in crucial areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, without any direct link between them.

Review Guidelines: What We Don’t Publish
While we strive to publish every review we receive, both positive and negative, there are certain criteria we strictly adhere to. We do not display reviews that contain or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, references to violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation.
