Each review covers essential aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that guests submit these subscores and overall scores independently, without direct correlation.
Reviewing Accommodations
If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or even if you have visited the property without staying, you can share your experience with us. In case you need to make changes to a review you have already submitted, simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.
Ensuring Authenticity
We take the authenticity of reviews seriously. Our team of experts, along with automated systems, work diligently to identify and remove any fake reviews from our platform. If you come across any suspicious content, we encourage you to report it to our Customer Service team. Our dedicated fraud team will thoroughly investigate the matter.
Review Guidelines
At DHPL Travels, we believe in transparency and maintaining high standards for our reviews. To ensure relevance and credibility, we have some guidelines in place. We strive to publish all reviews, both positive and negative. However, we do not display reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation. We also strictly prohibit any violation of our review guidelines.
To maintain relevance, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of check-out. After 36 months or in the event of a change in ownership, we may no longer display older reviews.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
We value communication between our guests and the accommodations they review. Accommodations have the option to respond to reviews, providing valuable insights and addressing any concerns.
When you view multiple reviews for a property, the most recent ones will be displayed at the top, considering various factors such as language and whether they contain comments or just a rating. You can also sort and filter reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more.

Promotional content will be removed, and any issues concerning DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.

Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempting to bypass filters with creative spelling. We do not tolerate hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity.

All content should be original and unbiased, reflecting the genuine experience of the guest. Reviews from our property partners or attempts to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews about competitors will not be tolerated.
