A Comprehensive Review Process
At DHPL Travels, each guest review is assigned a score ranging from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the individual review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to provide separate subscores in crucial categories such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are independent of each other, with no direct correlation.
Verified Reviews You Can Trust
Our platform allows guests to leave reviews for accommodations they have booked and stayed at or even for properties they have visited without staying overnight. Should you wish to modify a review you have already submitted, simply get in touch with our dedicated Customer Service team.
Rest assured, we employ a combination of expert human investigators and automated systems designed to identify and weed out any fraudulent reviews submitted to our platform. In the event that we detect any suspicious activity, we promptly delete such reviews and take appropriate action against the responsible parties. We highly encourage our users to report any suspicious content to our Customer Service team, allowing our dedicated fraud team to thoroughly investigate the matter.
Ensuring Authenticity and Relevance
At DHPL Travels, we strive to showcase a wide range of reviews, both positive and negative. However, there are certain criteria that we adhere to when curating the displayed reviews. Reviews containing or alluding to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), profanity, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any other breach of our review guidelines will not be displayed.
To maintain relevance, we only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Reviews that are 36 months old or linked to accommodations with a change of ownership may no longer be displayed.

At DHPL Travels, we foster open communication between guests and accommodations. This means that accommodations have the option to respond to reviews, providing valuable insights and addressing any concerns raised by guests.
Unbiased Rankings and Sorting
When multiple reviews are available, we prioritize the most recent ones, taking into account various factors such as language usage and whether the review consists of a mere rating or includes additional comments. To enhance user experience, we offer sorting and filtering options based on the time of year, review score, and more.
Guidelines for Constructive Reviews
To maintain a vibrant and family-friendly community, DHPL Travels has set forth guidelines and standards for reviews. These guidelines apply to all user-generated content, irrespective of the tone employed.
Travel-Related Contributions: Ensure your contributions are travel-related. Detailed and informative reviews can greatly assist other travelers in making well-informed decisions. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Any issues concerning the services provided by DHPL Travels should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Global Audience: As a platform catering to a diverse audience, we request that you use appropriate language without resorting to profanity. Comments and media that contain hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, violence, or promotion of illegal activity will not be tolerated.
Uniqueness and Authenticity: We value unbiased and original reviews. Your contribution should be your own and reflect your personal experiences accurately. Accommodation partners affiliated with DHPL Travels are strictly prohibited from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. Moreover, submitting a negative review solely to diminish a competitor’s rating is not in line with our policies.
Respecting Privacy: In order to safeguard the privacy of individuals, DHPL Travels takes measures to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
User Opinions: The opinions expressed in reviews belong to individual DHPL Travels guests and properties. They do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of DHPL Travels. Please note that DHPL Travels does not accept responsibility for any reviews or responses. As a platform, we act as a distributor and not a publisher of user-generated content. This means that we have no obligation to verify the authenticity or accuracy of such content.
By default, reviews on DHPL Travels are sorted based on their date and various additional criteria. Factors such as language usage, presence of text in the reviews, and non-anonymity are taken into consideration to display the most relevant reviews. Additional sorting options may also be available, including sorting by traveler type or review score.
At DHPL Travels, we may provide translations powered by Google for your convenience. However, it should be noted that Google disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, relating to the accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of these translations.
