To calculate the overall score, we consider all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Furthermore, guests have the option to provide individual sub-scores for crucial aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These sub-scores are submitted independently, ensuring an unbiased evaluation.
Authenticity is Our Top Priority
We take the authenticity of our reviews seriously. Our dedicated team, along with automated systems, specializes in detecting and removing any fake reviews. If we come across suspicious content, we promptly delete it and take appropriate action against those responsible. To maintain the highest level of credibility, we encourage you to report any suspicious activity to our Customer Service team for further investigation.
Our Review Guidelines
