Understanding Review Scores
When it comes to review scores, we take each individual score, which ranges from 1 to 10, and calculate an overall score by adding them all up and then dividing that total by the number of scores we’ve received. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to provide separate subscores for important areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s worth noting that these subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct link between them.
Submitting and Editing Reviews
If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or even if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay, you can review it. If you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, simply reach out to our Customer Service team, and they will gladly assist you.
Our Commitment to Authenticity
At DHPL Travels, we have a dedicated team of both people and automated systems that specialize in detecting any fake reviews that may be submitted to our platform. If we identify any fraudulent reviews, we promptly delete them and, if necessary, take appropriate action against those responsible. However, we highly encourage our users to report any suspicious activity to our Customer Service team. That way, our dedicated fraud team can thoroughly investigate the matter.
Our Review Guidelines
We strive to publish every review we receive, whether it’s positive or negative. However, there are certain types of reviews that we cannot display. These include reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation. Additionally, any reviews that violate our review guidelines will not be displayed.
Timeliness and Relevance
To maintain the relevance of our reviews, we accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. As reviews age, we may stop displaying them after 36 months, or if the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.
Interaction and Sort Order
Accommodations have the ability to respond to reviews. When you encounter multiple reviews, the most recent ones will appear at the top. However, other factors, such as language and the presence of comments, may also influence the sorting order. You have the option to sort and filter the reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Additionally, please keep in mind that promotional content will be removed, and any concerns related to DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.

We kindly ask that you avoid using profanity or attempting to approximate profanity with creative spelling in any language. Furthermore, comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or promote illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
Genuine and Unbiased Reviews
We value genuine and unbiased reviews as they offer the most valuable insights. Your contribution should be original and reflect your personal experience. As part of our commitment to transparency, Booking.com property partners are prohibited from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate any attempts to manipulate the ratings of our competitors by submitting negative reviews.
Respecting Others’ Privacy
At DHPL Travels, we highly respect the privacy of others. Therefore, we make every effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details to protect your personal information.
