At DHPL Travels, we understand the importance of accurate and reliable reviews. That’s why our comprehensive review system ensures that every aspect of an accommodation is thoroughly assessed. Our guests provide separate scores for essential categories such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. By summing up all the scores and dividing by the total number of reviews received, we are able to present an overall score for each establishment.
Authenticity at Its Core
We take every measure to ensure the authenticity of our reviews. Our dedicated team, combined with automated systems, specializes in detecting and removing fake submissions. If you come across any suspicious content, please report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud experts can investigate further.
Publication Guidelines
While we strive to publish all reviews, positive and negative, we have certain criteria that must be met. To maintain a safe and informative platform, we refrain from displaying reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
Timeliness and Relevance
To ensure the freshness and relevance of our reviews, we accept submissions within three months of check-out. Reviews older than 36 months are no longer displayed, or if there is a change in ownership of the accommodation.

Contributions should be travel-related, detailed, and unbiased. We kindly request that you refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Additionally, contributions should be appropriate for a global audience, avoiding any profanity, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or promotion of illegal activities.
Your Voice Matters
We value the authenticity and uniqueness of each guest review. It is important to us that reviews reflect genuine experiences. Therefore, property partners associated with DHPL Travels are not permitted to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We strongly discourage any attempts to bring down a competitor’s rating through negative reviews.
