We understand that the overall score of a hotel is important, and we calculate it by aggregating individual review scores and dividing it by the total number of reviews. Our guests have the freedom to rate different aspects of their stay, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These subscores allow us to understand the specific areas that excel or need improvement. It’s important to note that the overall score and subscores are independent of each other and are submitted separately.
Guest Reviews and Editing
As a guest, you have the opportunity to review the accommodation you booked through our platform. Whether you stayed at the property or just visited, your feedback is valuable to us. Should you need to make changes to a review you have already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
Detecting and Addressing Fake Reviews
We take the authenticity of our reviews seriously. To maintain the credibility of our platform, we have dedicated people and automated systems that specialize in identifying and removing fake reviews. If we discover any fraudulent activity, we take immediate action and ensure that those responsible are held accountable. If you come across any suspicious content, we encourage you to report it to our Customer Service team, who will promptly investigate the matter.
Publication Guidelines
While we aim to publish all reviews, positive or negative, there are certain types of content that we cannot display. To maintain a respectful and informative environment, we do not allow reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violations of our review guidelines.
To ensure relevance, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of check-out. We may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or if the ownership of the accommodation has changed.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
Hotels have the opportunity to respond to guest reviews. We believe in transparency and encourage open communication between guests and accommodations.
When browsing through multiple reviews, the most recent ones will appear at the top. Various factors, including language and the presence of comments, influence the sorting of reviews. You can further sort and filter reviews based on the time of year, review score, and other criteria.

We value detailed and helpful contributions that assist others in making informed decisions. Please avoid including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed, and any issues regarding our services should be directed to our dedicated Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
To maintain a respectful environment, we kindly request that you refrain from using profanity or attempting to replace profanity with creative spelling. Comments, media, or any form of content that includes hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
We believe in the authenticity and uniqueness of each guest’s experience. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Our property partners are not permitted to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted solely to harm a competitor’s rating.
Respecting the privacy of others is paramount to us. We take measures to protect personal details such as email addresses, phone numbers, and social media accounts, and will make every effort to obscure this information.
