Overview of Review Scores
At DHPL Travels, we believe in providing valuable information to our users. Each review score is carefully generated based on a scale of 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Our users have the option to rate crucial aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that these subscores and the overall scores are independent of each other.
Reviewing Accommodations
If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and either stayed there or visited the property, you are eligible to write a review. In case you wish to edit a review you have already submitted, simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team, and they will assist you.

At DHPL Travels, we have a team of experts and automated systems dedicated to detecting and removing fake reviews. Our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our platform is unwavering. Content Guidelines
We value transparency and strive to provide helpful and relevant reviews to our users. While we aim to publish both positive and negative reviews, certain types of content are prohibited. Reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation will not be displayed. Additionally, any violation of our review guidelines will result in non-publication.
Review Relevance and Age
To ensure the timeliness and relevance of reviews, we accept submissions within 3 months of check-out. Reviews older than 36 months may no longer be displayed, and removal may occur if the property undergoes a change of ownership.

Occasionally, we may include external review scores from reputable travel websites. Rest assured, we clearly identify when this information is provided.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
At DHPL Travels, we maintain high standards for the content published on our platform. Our aim is to provide relevant and family-friendly information while allowing for the expression of diverse opinions. It’s important to note the following:
- Contributions should focus on travel-related experiences and be detailed in order to assist other users.
- Personal, political, ethical, and religious commentary is not appropriate.
- Promotional content will be removed, and issues concerning our services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
- Contributions should be suitable for a global audience and avoid offensive language, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities.
- Reviews should be genuine and unbiased, reflecting the unique experiences of the guest. Property partners are not allowed to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted solely to harm competitors.
- Privacy is of utmost importance. We take steps to protect personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, websites, and social media accounts.
- The opinions expressed in reviews belong to our valued customers and properties. They do not necessarily represent the views of DHPL Travels. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses.
- Reviews are sorted by date and additional criteria to ensure the most relevant content is displayed. Various sorting options may be available, such as by traveler type or score.
