If you’ve booked and stayed at one of our accommodations, we welcome your review through our platform. But even if you visited the property without staying, you can still share your feedback. Should you wish to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
Detecting and Handling Fake Reviews
To maintain the integrity of our platform, we have dedicated teams and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews. If we identify any suspicious content, we promptly remove it and take appropriate action against the responsible party. Our goal is to publish every review we receive, regardless of its nature. However, to ensure a safe and respectful environment, we refrain from displaying reviews that include or refer to the following:

- Property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews
- Negative reviews that aim to unfairly bring down a competitor’s rating will not be tolerated
- Respect the privacy of others
- Booking.com will mask email addresses, telephone numbers, website links, and similar details
