But we don’t stop there. We also encourage guests to provide separate subscores for crucial factors like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. When you review an accommodation through our platform, whether you actually stayed there or simply visited, your feedback matters. We value the insights of all our guests. And if you ever feel the need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
Fighting Against Fake Reviews
As part of our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our platform, we have dedicated teams and automated systems in place to identify and remove any fake reviews. If we come across any suspicious content, we take immediate action and ensure those responsible are held accountable. We encourage our users to report any suspicious activity to our Customer Service team so that our fraud department can thoroughly investigate.
Review Guidelines for Relevance and Safety

- Be Appropriate for a Global Audience: Respectful language and behavior are encouraged. Avoid using profanity or attempting to circumvent our guidelines by using creative spelling or inappropriate language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or promote illegal activities will not be tolerated.
- Be Genuine and Unique: The most valuable reviews are the ones that are original and unbiased, reflecting your personal experiences. As a property partner, refrain from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews about competitors.
- Respect Privacy: We prioritize the privacy of our users. We make every effort to conceal personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, and social media accounts.
