At Summer Villa Ella, we believe that each review score tells a story. Ranging from 1 to 10, these scores are the culmination of our guests’ experiences. To calculate the overall score, we take the sum of all review scores and divide it by the total number of reviews received. Our guests have the option to provide separate subscores in key areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are submitted independently without any direct correlation between them.
Submitting and Editing Reviews
If you have stayed at our accommodations or even visited the property without actually staying, you have the ability to review your experience on our platform. Should you need to make changes to a review you have already submitted, our Customer Service team is readily available to assist you.
Fighting against Fake Reviews
We take the authenticity of our reviews seriously at Summer Villa Ella. To ensure the integrity of our platform, we employ a team of specialists and automated systems dedicated to detecting and removing any fraudulent reviews. If you come across a suspicious review, we encourage you to report it to our Customer Service team. Our dedicated fraud team will thoroughly investigate the matter.
At Summer Villa Ella, our goal is to showcase a diverse range of guest experiences. While we strive to publish every review we receive, both positive and negative, there are certain guidelines we follow. We do not display reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any violations of our review guidelines.
Timeliness and Relevance
To ensure the relevance of our reviews, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Reviews may no longer be displayed once they are 36 months old or if there has been a change of ownership at the accommodation.

We kindly request that contributions focus on travel-related experiences and provide helpful and detailed information to assist other travelers. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Our Customer Service and Accommodation Service teams are available to address any concerns regarding our services.

We kindly ask that you avoid using profanity or attempting to approximate it through creative spelling in any language. Comments and media that contain hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Genuine and Unbiased Content
At Summer Villa Ella, we place great value on genuine and unique reviews. Reviews hold the most value when they are original and unbiased.
