Introduction

At Star Holiday Resort, we value every guest’s feedback. Our comprehensive review system allows guests to provide individual scores in important areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These individual scores are then combined to calculate an overall score. Please note that there is no direct link between the overall score and the subscores.

Guest Reviews and Editing

If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and have stayed there, or even if you have visited the property without actually staying, you can leave a review. If you ever need to edit a review you have already submitted, simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team.

Fraud Detection and Reporting

We take the authenticity of reviews seriously. To maintain the integrity of our platform, we have a team of experts and automated systems that specialize in detecting and removing any fake reviews. If you come across any suspicious content, please report it to our Customer Service team. Our dedicated fraud team will thoroughly investigate and take appropriate action if necessary.

Review Guidelines

Our goal is to publish all reviews, whether they are positive or negative. However, there are certain types of content that we do not display. This includes politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam or fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, and any violations of our review guidelines.

Review Timelines

To ensure relevance, we only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Reviews that are 36 months old or older may no longer be displayed, or they may be removed if the accommodation has undergone a change in ownership.

Sorting and External Reviews

Occasionally, we may also include external review scores from well-known travel websites, but rest assured, we will always indicate when this is the case.
