The Essence of Review Scores
Each review score at the Sole Luna Resort & Spa, ranging from 1 to 10, contributes to the overall score. To calculate the overall score, we sum up all the review scores received and divide the total by the number of reviews. Additionally, guests can assign separate subscores for essential aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are independently submitted without any direct connection.
Genuine Guest Reviews
At DHPL Travels, we value the authentic opinions of our guests. Detecting Fake Reviews

Review Publication Guidelines
While we strive to publish every review we receive, both positive and negative, there are certain criteria that need to be met. We do not display reviews that include or make reference to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
Timeliness and Relevance
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we generally accept submissions made within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, we may stop displaying reviews that are 36 months old or if the property undergoes a change of ownership.
