When it comes to review scores, we operate on a scale of 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we meticulously combine all reviews and divide the total by the number of submissions. But it doesn’t stop there! Our guests have the opportunity to provide separate subscores for critical areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These subscores and the overall scores are submitted independently, ensuring an unbiased evaluation.

We encourage all guests to review the accommodations they booked through our platform, whether they stayed there or simply visited the property. If you want to make changes to a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is just a click away.

Guidelines for Review Publication
We strive to publish every review we receive, regardless of its nature. However, to maintain a respectful and trustworthy environment, we must exclude reviews that contain or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we accept submissions within three months of your checkout date. Additionally, we may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or in cases where the property undergoes a change of ownership.

We understand the value of comprehensive feedback. That’s why, on occasion, we may display external review scores from other reputable travel websites. Rest assured, we always clearly indicate when these reviews are from external sources, providing you with a well-rounded perspective.
