If you’ve booked an accommodation through our platform and either stayed there or visited the property, you can leave a review. Should you wish to edit a review that you’ve already submitted, simply get in touch with our Customer Service team, and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Ensuring Authenticity
At DHPL Travels, we take the authenticity of reviews seriously. We have a dedicated team, as well as automated systems, that specialize in identifying and removing fake reviews. If any suspicious activity is detected, we promptly investigate and take appropriate action. We encourage our guests to report any concerns they may have to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can thoroughly investigate.
Review Guidelines and Exclusions
We aim to publish all reviews we receive, whether positive or negative. However, there are certain criteria that will result in a review not being displayed. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), explicit language, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure relevancy, we generally accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, reviews may no longer be visible after 36 months or if there is a change of ownership for the accommodation.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
At DHPL Travels, we value open communication. Accommodations have the option to respond to reviews, fostering a constructive dialogue with guests.
When multiple reviews are available, the most recent ones are displayed at the top, taking into consideration factors such as language and whether they contain comments or only ratings. To help you find the most relevant reviews, we offer sorting and filtering options based on the time of year, review score, and more.

- Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Additionally, promotional content will be removed, and any issues regarding DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
- To maintain a global audience, please avoid the use of profanity or any attempts to replace it with creative spelling in any language. Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities will not be tolerated.
- Genuine and unique content is highly valued. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Property partners of DHPL Travels should not post reviews on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Negative reviews that are submitted with the intent to harm the reputation of competitors will not be tolerated.
- Respecting the privacy of others is crucial. DHPL Travels takes steps to protect the privacy of individuals by obscuring email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
