Our system adds up all the review scores received and divides the total by the number of reviews. This ensures that you get an overall score that truly represents the quality of the accommodation.
We understand that different aspects of an accommodation are important to our guests. That’s why we allow them to give separate subscores in crucial areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These subscores are submitted independently from the overall score, allowing guests to provide a comprehensive review of their experience.
Genuine Reviews Only
We take the authenticity of our reviews very seriously. Our dedicated team, along with advanced automated systems, work tirelessly to detect and eliminate any fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any suspicious activity, we promptly delete the reviews and take appropriate action against those responsible. We encourage our customers to report any questionable reviews they come across, so our fraud team can thoroughly investigate.
Our Review Guidelines
