To calculate the overall score that you see, we aggregate all the review scores received and divide them by the total number of reviews. This approach allows us to present you with an accurate representation of the accommodation’s quality. Additionally, our guests have the option to provide separate ‘subscores’ for essential aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wi-Fi. It’s important to note that these subscores are independent of the overall rating.

We value your opinion and encourage you to share your experiences with accommodations booked through our platform. Whether you stayed at the property or visited without staying, your review contributes to the collective knowledge of fellow travelers. If you wish to edit a review you have already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
Ensuring Authenticity
At DHPL Travels, authenticity is paramount. We employ a dedicated team and advanced automated systems to detect and eliminate any fake reviews submitted to our platform. If you come across any suspicious content, please report it to our Customer Service team, and our Fraud department will thoroughly investigate the matter.
Guidelines for Publication
We take pride in publishing both positive and negative reviews, promoting transparency and accountability. However, we refrain from displaying reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we accept submissions within three months of checkout and may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or when the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.

Comments or media that contain hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or promote illegal activities will not be permitted.
All contributions should be genuine, reflecting your personal experiences. We highly value original and unbiased reviews. Accommodation partners affiliated with DHPL Travels should refrain from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted for the sole purpose of disparaging competitors.
We respect the privacy of all individuals involved. Therefore, we take measures to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
