It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, without any direct linkage between them.
Guest Reviews and Editing
If you have booked and stayed at our accommodation, you can write a review through our platform. Additionally, if you have visited the property but did not actually stay there, you can still provide a review. Should you need to edit a review you have already submitted, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Detection of Fake Reviews
To maintain the authenticity of our reviews, we have a dedicated team of both people and automated systems that specialize in identifying and detecting fake submissions. Should any fraudulent reviews be discovered, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against the responsible parties. We highly encourage anyone who encounters suspicious content to report it to our Customer Service team. Our fraud team will thoroughly investigate the matter.
Review Publication Guidelines
Our ideal approach is to publish every review we receive, regardless of whether it is positive or negative. However, there are certain types of content that we do not display. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.

- All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. We value the originality and impartiality of reviews. Property partners affiliated with Season Villa Nuwara Eliya should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted with the intention of undermining competitors.
- Respecting the privacy of others is of utmost importance. Season Villa Nuwara Eliya takes privacy seriously and will make every effort to protect personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, social media accounts, and similar details.
