Construction and Upgrades
The Sea Breeze Villa is constructed on a concrete foundation, and the building skeleton can be assembled in just 2 to 4 days. Upgrade options are also available for customization. Please note that the standard design does not include a deck, but you have the opportunity to upgrade to include a deck and flooring system.
