- Genuine and unbiased content is highly valued. Reviews have the most impact when they are original and reflect the personal experiences of our guests. We request that our property partners do not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted in an attempt to bring down a competitor’s rating.
- Respecting the privacy of others is crucial to us. Therefore, we make every effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
