To maintain the integrity of our review system, we employ both human reviewers and automated systems to identify and remove fake reviews from our platform. If you come across any suspicious content, we highly appreciate your cooperation in reporting it to our Customer Service team. Our dedicated fraud team will thoroughly investigate any reported concerns.
Review Guidelines
Our goal is to showcase all reviews we receive, regardless of their sentiment. However, there are certain types of content that we refrain from displaying. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation of others, or any violation of our review guidelines.
Timeliness and Relevance
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we accept submissions made within 3 months of checking out. After 36 months or in the event of a change in ownership, we may no longer display reviews for a particular accommodation.

Comments or media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- All content should be original, unbiased, and reflect the genuine experience of the guest. Property partners are not allowed to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews about competitors.
- Respecting the privacy of individuals is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we make every effort to safeguard personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, and social media accounts, among others.
