Every review on DHPL Travels is scored on a scale of 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Guests can also provide separate subscores for important aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s worth noting that subscores and overall scores are independently submitted and not directly linked.
Your Voice Matters
We encourage our customers to share their experiences by reviewing their accommodations. Whether you actually stayed at the property or just visited, your opinion counts. And in case you want to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our dedicated Customer Service team is always available to assist you.

If we come across any suspicious activity, we take immediate action by deleting the fraudulent content and, if necessary, penalizing those responsible. However, we have certain guidelines in place to ensure the relevance and appropriateness of the content we display. We do not publish reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To maintain the relevance of reviews, we accept submissions within 3 months of checking out. Similarly, we may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or when an accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.
