Unveiling the Overall Score

Review Guidelines and Relevance

Ideally, we aim to publish every review we receive, regardless of whether they are positive or negative. However, there are specific criteria that we adhere to. We kindly request that you avoid using profanity or attempting to bypass filters with creative spelling. Comments and media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

  3. Genuine and Unique Content: We highly value authenticity and impartiality in reviews. Your contribution should be original and unbiased, reflecting your personal experience. Property partners affiliated with Booking.com should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to tarnish the reputation of competitors through negative reviews.

  4. Respect for Privacy: At Booking.com, we prioritize the privacy of individuals. To protect this, we make every effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

  5. Expressing Opinions: It’s important to note that the opinions expressed in contributions are solely those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com itself. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. As a platform, Booking.com acts as a distributor, not a publisher, of these comments and responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of submission and additional criteria that prioritize the most relevant feedback.
