To provide you with an overall score, we collate and average individual review scores. Guests have the opportunity to rate crucial areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi separately. It’s important to note that each guest’s subscores and overall score are independent of each other.
Submitting and Editing Reviews
If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or even if you visited the property without actually staying, you can submit a review. Should you wish to make changes to a review you have already submitted, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Detecting and Handling Fake Reviews
To maintain the integrity of our review system, we have a dedicated team, as well as automated systems, in place to identify and remove any fake reviews from our platform. If any suspicious activity is noticed, we encourage our users to report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can thoroughly investigate the matter.
We strive to publish all reviews, irrespective of whether they are positive or negative. However, there are certain types of content that we do not display, as they do not meet our guidelines. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, references to illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, offensive language, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, and any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we accept submissions that are made within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, we may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or in case of a change of ownership of the accommodation.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
Accommodations have the option to respond to reviews from guests. When multiple reviews are available, the most recent ones will be displayed at the top, taking into consideration factors such as language, ratings, and comments. As a user, you have the ability to sort and filter reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more.

Contributions should be travel-related and offer detailed insights to assist others in making informed decisions. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed, and any issues related to DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be suitable for a global audience. We kindly request that you avoid the use of profanity, creative spelling to approximate profanity, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities.
All content should be original, unbiased, and genuinely reflective of the guest’s experience. Reviews are most valuable when they provide honest feedback. Our property partners are prohibited from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to undermine a competitor’s reputation through negative reviews.
We respect the privacy of others. Therefore, any personal information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, social media accounts, or similar details, should not be included in reviews.
The opinions expressed in reviews are those of our valued customers and properties, and not of DHPL Travels. DHPL Travels does not assume responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. As a distributor, DHPL Travels does not verify the accuracy of each review but strives to display the most relevant ones based on factors such as the review date, language, text content, and reviewer anonymity.
