Our review system takes into account various factors to provide an overall score that helps you make informed decisions. Review Scoring and Subscores
Each review score at DHPL Travels ranges from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the review scores and divide the total by the number of received scores. Additionally, guests have the option to provide separate subscores for vital areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are independent of each other.
Reviewing an Accommodation
You can review an accommodation booked through our platform, whether you stayed overnight or just visited the property. If you wish to edit a review you have already submitted, simply reach out to our Customer Service team, and they will be happy to assist you.
Detecting and Eliminating Fake Reviews
At DHPL Travels, we employ a dedicated team and automated systems to detect and remove any fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we identify any suspicious activities, we promptly delete the fake reviews and take necessary action against the responsible parties. We encourage our users to report any potential fraudulent reviews to our Customer Service team, allowing our fraud team to thoroughly investigate the matter.
Review Guidelines and Content Restrictions
As much as we value both positive and negative feedback, certain content cannot be displayed in our reviews. We have a list of guidelines to ensure the relevance, safety, and appropriateness of the content we publish. Some examples of content we do not accept include politically sensitive comments, promotional material, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, offensive language, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, and any violation of our review guidelines.
Review Timeframe and Display
To maintain the relevance of our reviews, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of the checkout date. Reviews that exceed 36 months or accommodations that undergo a change of ownership may no longer be displayed. Accommodations also have the ability to respond to reviews, fostering open communication between guests and hosts.
Sorting and Filtering Reviews
When browsing through multiple reviews, we prioritize the most recent ones. However, several other factors such as language, inclusion of comments, and rating type also play a role in the sorting order. You have the option to sort and filter reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more, allowing you to find the most relevant information for your needs.
Trust and Transparency
At DHPL Travels, we prioritize the trust and satisfaction of our users. We occasionally display external review scores from reputable travel websites, ensuring transparency by clearly indicating the source of the data.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

These guidelines aim to keep the content relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression or strong opinions. We encourage our users to contribute travel-related content that is detailed and helpful to others. Personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary should be avoided. DHPL Travels serves a global community, and we expect contributions to be appropriate for this diverse audience. We kindly request that users refrain from using profanity or attempting to disguise it with creative spelling. Content containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, violence, or promotion of illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
Genuine and Unique Content
We highly value genuine and unbiased reviews. Contributions are most valuable when they reflect the personal experiences of guests and remain free from any external influence. Accommodation partners affiliated with DHPL Travels are not permitted to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Negative reviews aimed at tarnishing a competitor’s reputation will not be tolerated.
Privacy Protection
Respecting the privacy of our users is a top priority. DHPL Travels takes measures to safeguard personal information and will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details in published content.

The opinions expressed in the reviews on DHPL Travels are solely those of our customers and properties. They do not necessarily reflect the views or values of DHPL Travels. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. As a distributor, we do not have an obligation to verify the content but strive to provide a platform where users can freely express their opinions.
