How Our Review System Works
At DHPL Travels, we believe in transparency. Each review score you see is based on a scale of 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we add up all the review scores received and divide that total by the number of reviews. This gives you an accurate representation of the overall experience.
Guests have the freedom to provide separate subscores in important areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These subscores, as well as the overall score, are submitted independently by guests. There is no direct link between them, ensuring unbiased evaluations.
Detecting and Preventing Fake Reviews
We take the authenticity of reviews very seriously. That’s why we have a dedicated team of experts and automated systems in place to detect any fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any suspicious activity, we promptly remove those reviews and take appropriate action against the responsible party.
We encourage our users to report anything they find suspicious to our Customer Service team. Your vigilance helps us maintain the integrity of our review system.
What We Don’t Publish
While we value every review we receive, there are certain guidelines we follow to ensure the content remains relevant and helpful. We do not publish reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To keep the reviews up-to-date and relevant, we only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Reviews that are 36 months old or belong to accommodations that have changed ownership may no longer be displayed.
