When it comes to reviewing an accommodation you booked through our platform, you have the freedom to share your experience. You can also review a property you visited even if you didn’t stay there. If you wish to make changes to a review you’ve already submitted, simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team, and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Combating Fake Reviews
We understand the importance of genuine feedback, which is why we employ both human and automated systems to detect and remove fake reviews from our platform. If we identify any suspicious activity, we take immediate action, ensuring the integrity of our reviews. However, we also encourage our users to report any suspicious content they come across so that our dedicated fraud team can thoroughly investigate the matter.
Review Guidelines and Exclusions
While we strive to publish every review we receive, it’s essential to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone. Therefore, we do not display reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, inappropriate language, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
Ensuring Relevance and Freshness
To ensure the relevancy and accuracy of reviews, we only accept submissions within three months of checking out from the accommodation. Additionally, we may stop displaying reviews that are over 36 months old or if there has been a change in ownership of the property.

You also have the flexibility to sort and filter reviews based on time of year, review score, and more, ensuring you find the most relevant information tailored to your preferences.

We encourage reviews that are travel-related, detailed, and helpful to fellow travelers. We kindly request our users to refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Additionally, we expect all contributions to be appropriate for a global audience, without any use of profanity, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, explicit content, violence, or promotion of illegal activities.
We value unique and unbiased reviews that genuinely reflect the experiences of our guests. Property partners are not allowed to post on behalf of guests or incentivize reviews. We also discourage any attempt to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews about competitors.
Respecting the privacy of others is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we take measures to obscure personal details such as email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, and social media accounts to protect the privacy of our users.
