Each review score is between 1 and 10, and we calculate the overall score by adding up all the review scores and dividing the total by the number of reviews received. Guests have the opportunity to give separate subscores for crucial areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct link between them.
Guests can review the accommodations they booked through our platform, whether they stayed there or just visited the property. If you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
At Peacock Villa Resort, we take the authenticity of reviews seriously. We have dedicated people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If any fraudulent activity is detected, we promptly remove the fake reviews and take appropriate action against the responsible party. We encourage our users to report any suspicious content they come across to our Customer Service team. Our fraud team will thoroughly investigate such reports.
Review Publication Guidelines
We believe in transparency and strive to publish all the reviews we receive, regardless of whether they are positive or negative. However, we do have certain guidelines and restrictions. Reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines will not be displayed.
To ensure relevance, we may only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of check-out. Additionally, reviews that are 36 months old or pertain to a period under a change of ownership may be removed from our platform.

Comments and media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Genuine and Unique Content: Reviews hold the most value when they are original and unbiased. We encourage you to share your genuine experiences. Accommodation partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to manipulate a competitor’s rating with negative reviews.
Respecting Privacy: At Peacock Villa Resort, we prioritize the privacy of our users. We make every effort to conceal email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
