While our ideal approach is to publish every review, both positive and negative, there are certain reviews that we will not display. These reviews include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card information), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam and fake content, animal cruelty, and impersonation (if the writer claims to be someone else). Additionally, any violation of our review guidelines will result in non-publication.
To ensure the relevancy of reviews, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. After 36 months or in the event of a change of ownership, we may stop displaying the reviews.
Accommodations have the option to reply to reviews.

Property partners of Booking.com should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews.
