We calculate the overall score by summing up all the review scores and dividing that total by the number of review scores received. It’s important to note that there is no direct link between the overall score and the subscores provided by guests.
Detecting and Addressing Fake Reviews
We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our review system. To detect and remove fake reviews, we have a team of experts and automated systems in place. If we identify any fake reviews, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against those responsible. We encourage our guests to report any suspicious reviews they come across to our Customer Service team, so our fraud team can investigate further.
To ensure the quality and relevance of reviews, we have established certain guidelines and standards.
