Each review score ranges from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Guests have the option to provide separate subscores for essential categories such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. Subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation booked through our platform, whether you stayed there or merely visited the property. If you need to edit a review you have already submitted, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
We employ both people and automated systems designed to detect fake reviews submitted to our platform. If any fraudulent activity is identified, we promptly delete such reviews and take appropriate action against the responsible party. If you come across any suspicious content, please report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we aim to publish all reviews we receive, regardless of whether they are positive or negative. However, we cannot display reviews that include or reference politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation (i.e., pretending to be someone else), or any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we may only accept submissions within 3 months of the check-out date. Additionally, reviews may no longer be displayed after 36 months or if there has been a change of ownership for the accommodation.
Accommodations have the option to respond to reviews.
When multiple reviews are available, the most recent ones will appear at the top, considering factors such as language and whether the review contains only a rating or includes comments as well. You can sort and filter reviews by time of year, review score, and more.
We occasionally display external review scores from well-known travel websites, but we will always indicate when we do so.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards serve to maintain relevant and family-friendly content on DHPL Travels, without restricting expression or strong opinions. They apply to all comments, regardless of their tone.
Contributions should relate to travel. The most helpful reviews are detailed and assist others in making informed decisions. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed, and any issues regarding DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be suitable for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempting to bypass language filters with creative spelling in any language. Comments and media that contain hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, violence, or promote illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
All content should be genuine and unique to the reviewer. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should reflect your own experience. DHPL Travels’ property partners are not permitted to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to negatively impact the rating of a competitor through the submission of false reviews.
Respect the privacy of others. DHPL Travels will make every effort to conceal email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in reviews are those of DHPL Travels’ customers and properties, and not of DHPL Travels itself. DHPL Travels does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. As a distributor (without any obligation to verify), DHPL Travels is not a publisher of such comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and other relevant criteria, such as language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available, such as sorting by the type of traveler or by score.
This service may include translations powered by Google. Google disclaims all warranties related to the translations, whether explicit or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
