Our Garden House is an air conditioned space that overlooks our lush courtyard and pool. The Garden Housefeatures a bar, 42″ flat screen television and cocktail seating. A small kitchen area is available for special events.

Audubon Cottage One

This two-bedroom suite is the former residence of John James Audubon, who lived here while completing his Birds of America series. The cottage features a separate living room, a bedroom with one king bed and a bedroom with one queen bed. Each bedroom features its own private bath with large walk-in showers. Cottage One shares a courtyard with Cottage Seven.

Audubon Cottage Two

This two-bedroom suite features a master King bedroom with large en suite bathroom including jacuzzi tub , double sinks and walk-in shower. The second King bedroom’s en suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. The ample-sized living room touts hardwood floors, elegant seating and a dining table with seating for four. The private courtyard features a fountain and wrought iron furniture.

This two-bedroom suite has a king bed in each bedroom and two en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. A brick faux fireplace is a beautiful focus in one of the bedrooms. The separate living room features hardwood floors, elegant seatingantique furnishings and art. Cottage Three has a large private courtyard with a fountain, plenty of sunlight and seating. This suite was a known favorite of Elizabeth Taylor during her stays in New Orleans.

Audubon Cottage FourCottage 4

This two bedroom, two story, suite features two bedrooms both located on the second floor. Cottage Four offers a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. Each bedroom features its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyards and pool. The large downstairs living room is just off a large, shady, private courtyard with fountain. Cottage Four is said to be haunted by a music playing soldier.

Audubon Cottage Five

This two bedroom suite offers one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each with private bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. The living area features a faux fireplace and beautiful crystal chandelier with hardwood floors and French doors that open up to the semi-private courtyard, which is shared with Cottage Six.

Audubon Cottage Six

The first of two one-bedroom Cottages, Cottage Six is a suite with a king bed featuring original exposed brick wall and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The semi-private courtyard is shared with Cottage Five. Cottage Six adjoins Cottage Five and can be rented as a three bedroom cottage. (This Cottage does not have in-room drawer freezer and refrigerator.)

Audubon Cottage SevenCottage Seven

This one-bedroom suite offers a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The semi-private courtyard features a fountain and wrought iron furniture and is shared with Cottage One. Cottage Seven was used as a studio for John James Audubon while he lived in Cottage One.
