At Neptune Eco Villas, we value guest feedback and use it to provide the best possible experience for our visitors. Each review score is rated on a scale of 1 to 10, and to calculate the overall score, we add up all the review scores and divide that total by the number of reviews received. Our guests have the opportunity to provide separate subscores for crucial areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that these subscores and the overall scores are submitted independently and are not directly linked to each other.

We encourage our guests to share their experiences by submitting a review of the accommodation they booked through our platform. Even if you didn’t stay at the property, but had the opportunity to visit, you can still leave a review. If you need to make any edits to a review you have already submitted, simply reach out to our Customer Service team, and they will be happy to assist you.

Ensuring the authenticity of reviews is a top priority for us. We have a dedicated team, both human and automated, that specializes in detecting any fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we come across any fraudulent reviews, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against those responsible. Our Review Guidelines
