The Review Process
When reviewing an accommodation on our platform, guests provide separate scores for various aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These scores, ranging from 1 to 10, are then consolidated to calculate the overall score. It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct correlation between them.
Reviewing Your Stay
Whether you’ve actually stayed at the property or simply visited, you’re welcome to share your experiences by reviewing the accommodation you booked through our platform. And don’t worry if you need to make edits to a review you’ve already submitted – just reach out to our Customer Service team, and they’ll assist you promptly.
Ensuring Authenticity
We take the authenticity of reviews seriously. That’s why we have a dedicated team, along with automated systems, specifically designed to detect and combat fake reviews on our platform. If any suspicious activity is identified, we promptly remove these reviews and take appropriate action against those responsible. We encourage our valued users to report any suspicious reviews to our Customer Service team, enabling our fraud team to thoroughly investigate the matter.
Ensuring Relevance
To maintain the relevance of reviews, we only accept submissions that are made within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, reviews that are 36 months old or accommodations that have undergone a change of ownership may no longer be displayed. Rest assured, we strive to offer you the most up-to-date and relevant information.
