It’s important to note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, without any direct linkage between them.
Reviewing an Accommodation
If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and have stayed there, you can review it. Even if you visited the property but did not stay, you still have the opportunity to share your thoughts. If you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
Detecting and Handling Fake Reviews
We have a dedicated team of experts and automated systems that specialize in identifying fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we come across any suspicious reviews, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against those responsible. We encourage our users to report any suspicious content to our Customer Service team, so our fraud team can thoroughly investigate.
At DHPL Travels, we value transparency and want to publish as many reviews as possible, both positive and negative. However, there are certain types of content that we do not display. Some examples include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, and impersonation. Our review guidelines are in place to ensure the relevance, accuracy, and fairness of the reviews we showcase.
To maintain relevancy, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, we may stop displaying reviews that are 36 months old or if the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.

- Comments or media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- We highly value genuine and unbiased content. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and reflect your personal experience. As such, we kindly request that property partners of DHPL Travels refrain from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. Negative reviews submitted solely to harm a competitor’s rating will not be tolerated.
- Respecting the privacy of others is essential. To protect privacy, DHPL Travels makes efforts to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
