At DHPL Travels, we value our guests’ feedback and use a comprehensive rating system to ensure transparency and accuracy. When reviewing an accommodation, guests can provide separate scores in key areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These scores are then combined to calculate the overall rating. It’s important to note that the subscores and the overall score are independent of each other, with no direct link between them.
Genuine Reviews and Fraud Detection
We take the authenticity of reviews very seriously. DHPL Travels employs both dedicated individuals and advanced automated systems to detect and remove any fake reviews from our platform. If you come across any suspicious content, we encourage you to report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can conduct a thorough investigation.
Review Guidelines and Content Policy
At DHPL Travels, we strive to maintain a high standard of quality and relevance for our reviews. While we aim to publish all reviews, both positive and negative, we do have certain guidelines in place. Reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines will not be displayed.
To ensure the relevance and timeliness of reviews, we only accept submissions within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, reviews may no longer be displayed if they are older than 36 months or if the accommodation has undergone a change in ownership.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
At DHPL Travels, we believe in fostering open communication between guests and accommodations. Accommodations have the option to reply to reviews, allowing them to address any concerns or express their appreciation.
When browsing through multiple reviews, the most recent ones are displayed at the top, taking into consideration factors such as language, whether the review includes comments along with a rating, and more. You also have the ability to sort and filter reviews based on criteria such as time of year and review score.

We believe that genuine and unique reviews are the most valuable. For this reason, we ask that reviews reflect the personal experiences of the guest and remain unbiased. DHPL Travels also prohibits property partners from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate any attempts to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews about competitors.
We respect the privacy of both our guests and property partners. DHPL Travels takes appropriate measures to protect personal information and will not disclose email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, or any similar details.
