Understanding Review Scores

Guests at Manara Beach Resort can provide review scores in various areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These scores range from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we add up all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. It’s important to note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, without a direct link between them.

Reviewing Accommodations

If you’ve booked a stay at Manara Beach Resort through our platform, you have the option to review your experience. Even if you didn’t spend the night at the property but visited it, you can still share your feedback. Should you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.

Combatting Fake Reviews

At Manara Beach Resort, we have dedicated personnel and automated systems in place to detect and remove any fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we uncover any fraudulent activity, we take immediate action to ensure the integrity of our reviews. If you come across anything suspicious, please report it to our Customer Service team, and our fraud team will thoroughly investigate the matter.

Review Guidelines and Acceptance

We strive to publish both positive and negative reviews we receive. However, to maintain the quality and relevance of content, we have some criteria in place. Reviews that contain politically sensitive comments, promotional content, references to illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, offensive language, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or violations of our review guidelines will not be displayed.

Keeping Reviews Current

To ensure reviews remain relevant, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months after checking out. We may stop displaying reviews after they reach 36 months old or if a change of ownership occurs at the accommodation.

Responding to Reviews

At Manara Beach Resort, we encourage accommodations to reply to reviews. This allows for open communication between guests and the property, fostering a better understanding of their experiences.

Sorting and Filtering Reviews

When browsing through multiple reviews, the most recent ones will appear at the top, considering various factors like language and the inclusion of comments. To assist in your search, you can sort and filter reviews by the time of year, review score, and more.

Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Our guidelines and standards are designed to maintain relevant and family-friendly content on DHPL Travels. These guidelines apply to all comments, regardless of their tone.

  • Contributions should be travel-related: We value detailed contributions that help others make informed decisions. Personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary, as well as promotional content, will be removed. If you have issues regarding DHPL Travels’ services, please contact our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.

  • Contributions should be suitable for a global audience: We kindly ask that you refrain from using profanity or attempting to mask it with creative spelling in any language. Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, violence, and the promotion of illegal activities are not permitted.

  • Content should be genuine and unique: We believe that the most valuable reviews are original and unbiased. Your contribution should reflect your personal experience. Accommodation partners of DHPL Travels should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted with the intent of undermining a competitor.

  • Respect the privacy of others: DHPL Travels respects the privacy of all individuals. We make every effort to protect personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, and social media accounts.

  • Opinions expressed in contributions: The opinions expressed in reviews are those of DHPL Travels customers and properties, and not of DHPL Travels itself. DHPL Travels is a distributor and does not verify the content of reviews and responses. DHPL Travels assumes no responsibility or liability for these reviews and responses.
