The Review Process
When guests review an accommodation on our platform, they can submit separate scores for essential areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These individual scores are independent of the overall score. Once we receive all the review scores, we calculate the overall score by adding them up and dividing the total by the number of review scores we received.
Detecting and Addressing Fake Reviews
At Liyana Holiday Resort, we take the authenticity of reviews seriously. We have a dedicated team of experts and automated systems that specialize in detecting and eliminating fake reviews from our platform. If we find any suspicious content, we promptly delete it and, if necessary, take appropriate action against the responsible party. We encourage our guests to report any suspicious reviews they come across so that our fraud team can thoroughly investigate.
Guidelines for Review Publication
Our goal is to publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we do have guidelines in place to ensure the reviews remain relevant and respectful. We do not display reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation. Any violation of our review guidelines will be addressed accordingly.
To maintain relevance, we only accept reviews submitted within three months of checking out. Additionally, reviews that are older than 36 months or pertain to accommodations with a change of ownership may no longer be displayed.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
Accommodations have the option to respond to reviews at Liyana Holiday Resort. We encourage open and respectful communication between guests and property owners.
When multiple reviews are present, we prioritize the most recent ones, considering factors such as language, rating, and inclusion of comments. Our platform allows you to sort and filter reviews by time of year, review score, and more, ensuring you find the most relevant information for your needs.

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest, providing original and unbiased perspectives. We respect the privacy of all individuals and take measures to protect personal information.
