The Essence of Review Scores
To evaluate the quality of accommodations, we use a comprehensive review scoring system. Each review score is assigned a value between 1 and 10. To calculate the overall score, we sum up all the individual review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received.
Guests have the opportunity to rate specific aspects of their stay, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These individual subscores are submitted independently and do not have a direct correlation to the overall score.
Reviewing Your Accommodation
Our platform allows you to write a review for an accommodation you booked, whether you actually stayed there or simply visited the property. If you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team.
Detecting and Eliminating Fake Reviews
We employ a dedicated team of experts and automated systems to identify and remove any fake reviews submitted to our platform. Should we come across any suspicious activity, we promptly delete these reviews and, if necessary, take appropriate action against the responsible parties. We appreciate any assistance in this matter and urge you to report any questionable content to our Customer Service team for further investigation.
Content Guidelines and Transparency
We strive to publish all reviews we receive, regardless of their nature. However, there are certain types of content that we do not display. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional material, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, and impersonation. Any violation of our review guidelines is also not permitted.
Review Relevance and Timeframes
To ensure the relevancy of reviews, we generally accept submissions within 3 months of the checkout date. Additionally, we may remove reviews that are older than 36 months or if the property undergoes a change of ownership.

Accommodations have the ability to respond to reviews, fostering open communication between guests and property owners.
Sorting and Filtering Reviews
When browsing through multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be displayed at the top. However, several factors, such as language and whether the review includes comments or only a rating, can influence the order. You have the option to sort and filter reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more.
External Review Scores
Occasionally, we may include external review scores from well-known travel websites. Rest assured, we always make it clear when we do so.

We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted solely to harm the reputation of a competitor.
As part of our commitment to privacy, DHPL Travels makes every effort to protect personal information. We take care to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in reviews belong to our customers and properties, and not to DHPL Travels. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. We are a distributor and do not verify the content. The default sorting of reviews is based on the date of the review, language preferences, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews.
