Reviewing an Accommodation
When reviewing an accommodation on our platform, guests are given the opportunity to rate various aspects of their stay, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. Each review score is between 1 and 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the review scores and divide the total by the number of review scores received. It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, without any direct link between them.
You have the option to review an accommodation you have stayed at or even if you have visited the property but didn’t actually stay there. If you wish to edit a review you have already submitted, simply reach out to our Customer Service team, and they will be happy to assist you.
Ensuring Authenticity
We take the issue of fake reviews very seriously. To combat this, we have a dedicated team, as well as advanced automated systems, in place to detect and remove any fraudulent reviews submitted to our platform. If we identify any fake reviews, we delete them promptly and, if necessary, take appropriate action against those responsible. However, we also encourage our users to play an active role in maintaining the authenticity of our platform. Review Guidelines

Additionally, any violation of our review guidelines will result in the non-display of reviews.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we generally accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or if the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.

However, it is our utmost priority to make it clear when such external scores are displayed, ensuring transparency and maintaining the credibility of the information we present.
