At DHPL Travels, we value your feedback and strive to provide accurate and reliable information about accommodations. To ensure transparency, we have a comprehensive review system in place. Our review scores, ranging from 1 to 10, are the average of all individual review scores received. Guests have the opportunity to rate essential aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi separately. It is important to note that these subscores are submitted independently and are not directly linked to the overall score.
Submitting Reviews
If you have booked accommodation through our platform and have stayed there, or even if you have visited the property without staying, you can submit a review. In case you need to make changes to a review you have already submitted, you can easily do so by contacting our Customer Service team.
Ensuring Authenticity
We take great care to ensure the credibility of the reviews on our platform. Our dedicated team, along with automated systems, is specially trained to detect and remove any fake reviews. If you come across any suspicious reviews, please report them to our Customer Service team so that our fraud prevention team can thoroughly investigate.
Review Guidelines
At DHPL Travels, we aim to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative. However, there are certain criteria that reviews must adhere to. Reviews containing politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines will not be displayed.
To maintain relevance, we only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, reviews may no longer be visible after 36 months or if the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.
Accommodation Responses
Accommodations have the option to respond to reviews. This allows for open communication and helps address any concerns or feedback from guests.
Sorting and Filtering Reviews
When multiple reviews are available, we prioritize the most recent ones. However, other factors such as language and whether the review includes comments alongside the rating are also taken into consideration. You have the flexibility to sort and filter reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more.
Occasionally, we may display external review scores from well-known travel websites, but we always make it clear when we do so.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
To ensure that our content remains relevant and family-friendly, we have guidelines and standards in place. These guidelines apply to all comments, regardless of their tone.

Travel-related Contributions: Contributions should focus on travel-related experiences and should help others make informed decisions. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed, and any concerns about our services can be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.

Global Audience: Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. We kindly request that you avoid using profanity or attempting to use creative spelling to bypass profanity filters. Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Genuine and Unique Content: We value original and unbiased reviews. Your contribution should reflect your personal experience and opinions. Property partners affiliated with DHPL Travels should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted with the intention of undermining competitors.

Respecting Privacy: We respect the privacy of individuals. As such, we make every effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Customer and Property Opinions: The opinions expressed in contributions belong to our valued customers and properties, not DHPL Travels. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. As a distributor, we do not verify the accuracy of reviews and responses but encourage open and honest feedback from our users.
By default, reviews are sorted by the date of submission, with additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews. You may also find other sorting options available based on traveler type or score.
