These scores, ranging from 1 to 10, are then combined to calculate the overall score. It’s important to note that there is no direct link between the overall score and subscores provided.

If we identify any fraudulent reviews, we take immediate action to delete them and hold the responsible parties accountable. What We Won’t Publish
At DHPL Travels, we value transparency and strive to publish both positive and negative reviews. However, there are certain types of content that we won’t display. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, and any violation of our review guidelines.
Timeliness and Relevance of Reviews
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we accept submissions within 3 months of checking out. Reviews older than 36 months may no longer be displayed, especially if the accommodation has undergone a change of ownership. By doing this, we aim to provide our users with up-to-date and accurate information.
