It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are submitted independently and do not have a direct link.

If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or even if you visited the property but didn’t stay, you can leave a review. In case you need to edit a review you have already submitted, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
Detecting Fake Reviews
At Jim’s Farm Villas, we have dedicated people and automated systems in place to detect and remove any fake reviews submitted to our platform. Should we discover any fake reviews, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against those responsible for such behavior. We also encourage our guests to report any suspicious activity to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can further investigate.
Review Publishing Guidelines
While we aim to publish every review we receive, both positive and negative, there are certain criteria that need to be met.
