Review Publication Guidelines
While we strive to publish every review, both positive and negative, there are certain criteria that must be met to ensure the relevancy and credibility of the content. Reviews containing politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, references to violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines will not be displayed.
Timeliness and Relevance of Reviews
To maintain relevance, we accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Furthermore, reviews that are over 36 months old or pertain to accommodations with a change of ownership may no longer be displayed.
