To calculate the overall score, we sum up all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Guests have the option to provide separate scores for crucial aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that these subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, without any direct connection between them.
Reviewing an Accommodation
If you have booked accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or even if you visited the property without actually staying, you can leave a review. Should you wish to edit a review you have already submitted, our Customer Service team is available to assist you.
Reliable Reviews
At DHPL Travels, we have a dedicated team of experts and automated systems that specialize in identifying and removing fake reviews from our platform. Any suspicious activity or questionable content can be reported to our Customer Service team, and our fraud investigation team will promptly look into the matter.
Review Guidelines
We aim to publish both positive and negative reviews, as they provide valuable insights. However, to maintain a high standard of quality, we have certain criteria in place. We do not display reviews that contain or reference politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, references to violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
Timeliness and Relevance
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we accept submissions within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, we may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or if there has been a change of ownership for the accommodation.

Contributions should be suitable for a global audience. Please refrain from using profanity or attempting to mask profanity with creative spellings, regardless of the language used. Comments and media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Genuine and Unique Content
We value genuine and unbiased reviews that reflect the individual guest’s experience. Originality is key, and we encourage you to express your opinions honestly. Property partners associated with DHPL Travels are not allowed to post reviews on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Any attempt to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews about competitors is not tolerated.
